Rosalino contributes to Maryva his specialization in public policy, digital regulation, and legislative monitoring. He holds a law degree from Universidad Austral and a master’s degree in International Studies at UTDT. He has worked in law firms, the Argentine Senate, and legislative advisory roles, focusing on drafting, evaluating, and tracking regulatory frameworks.

Trained in the U.S., Brazil, and Germany, his global perspective allows him to assess the impact of regulations on the digital economy through a comparative lens.

At Maryva, he is part of the Regulation & Public Policy practice, identifying key legislative trends in Latin America, the U.S., and the EU to help clients anticipate scenarios and build robust legal strategies.
